Refunds On Access To The Member Area Of The 9th Wonder Of The World
You can request for a refund if your login details to the member area of The 9th Wonder Of The World is not received by you within 48 hours from the time of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, email us at support@9thwonderoftheworld.com with your request together with our receipt of your payment or your payment reference ID.
No refunds will be provided once your login details have been emailed to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks (if you banked in the money to purchase the item) or within a specified period as determined by our credit card processor from the time you made the refund request (if you made a purchase using credit card).
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
